1. Free Cancellation & 100% Refund Guarantee

  • Cancel up to 24 hours before your safari: Receive a 100% full refund with no hidden cancellation fees or penalties.
  • Flexible Rescheduling: You can change your safari date or start time (Morning/Sunset) for free at any time before departure, subject to jeep availability.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours or No-Shows: Cancellations requested less than 24 hours prior to departure or missed pickups are non-refundable, as jeeps, drivers, and park permits are pre-allocated for your slot.

2. Weather & Extreme Conditions (100% Covered)

Your safety and comfort are our highest priorities. In the rare event of extreme weather, severe flooding, or unexpected park closures by government authorities:

  • We will offer you a 100% full refund immediately, OR
  • We will reschedule your tour to a clearer time/day or switch to a neighboring park (e.g., Kaudulla or Hurulu Eco Park) at no extra cost, based on your preference.

3. National Park Permits & Entry Tickets

  • Jeep & Transfer Bookings: 100% refundable up to 24 hours before your tour.
  • Pre-Purchased Government Tickets: Official entrance tickets issued by the Sri Lanka Department of Wildlife Conservation are non-refundable once issued. If we have already purchased official government permits on your behalf before cancellation, the ticket portion will be non-refundable, but 100% of the tour, jeep, and transfer charges will be refunded.
